Potassium (K) is a mineral present in almost all foods, with vegetables, particularly leafy greens, and bananas being the best known sources. A deficiency can impact heart function and lead to chronic fatigue. Interestingly, this mineral positively affects brain cells, resulting in feelings of satisfaction and well-being. After taking one tablet post-dinner for a few days, I noticed it was easier to swim, shortness of breath diminished, and tightness in my chest disappeared.
